This site publishes the SBA's PPP loan data exactly as released in the agency's September 2024 FOIA disclosure. We do not modify, filter, or alter the underlying loan records.
If you believe your business information is incorrect in our presentation — for example, an error in how a loan amount, status, or other field is displayed — please use the form below.
If the underlying SBA data is incorrect — for example, if a loan appears under your name that you did not receive, or if your forgiveness amount is wrong — you should contact the SBA directly at sba.gov or call 1-800-659-2955. We cannot modify the source data.
Note: This form logs your request for review. We do not have the ability to alter or remove loan records that were accurately released by the SBA under FOIA. If you believe the SBA data itself is in error (e.g., fraud in someone else's application using your business name), please contact the SBA Office of Inspector General at sba.gov/oig.
